From the outside patio area the house is accessible through separate doors, thus retaining independence for friends who wish to share this property. It consists of 2 bedrooms: One private bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower. The 2 nd bedroom is open plan with the living area and has en-suite bathroom with shower. The living area is comfortable with island style built sofa beds.
