Villa Layout The open plan lounge/dining area is big and spacious and opens out onto the most amazing balcony with incredible sea views. The spacious interior makes this villa ideal for large groups of families and friends. There are 5 bedrooms in total and all are en-suite with air-conditioning and mosquito screens on all the windows. The ground floor has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin and the remaining bedrooms (2 twins and 1 double bedroom) are on the first floor, all with mosquito screens & air-conditioning . There are in total 4 bathrooms & 1 shower room. Outside the wonderful sea facing infinity pool, is surrounded by spacious terracing so there is plenty of space for family and friends to spread out. Private Swimming Pool: 40ft x 19ft (depth min 31/2ft – max 6ft) Location Information A sweeping crescent shaped bay of small white pebbles and crystal-clear water, Avlaki is the dream backdrop for a holiday villa. The large beach never seems to be crowded, and you can always escape to a corner without sunbeds if thats what youre looking for. The bay faces north/ north east and gets a breeze, making it the ideal setting for its dinghy sailing and windsurfing school. You can rent small motorboats here and there are two tavernas on the beach. When you are in the mood for a bit of activity, the lively village of Kassiopi is just a few kilometres away, here you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, tavernas, bars and much more.
