You enter the villa on the ground floor where you have a fabulous hallway with a stylish wooden staircase that leads to the 1st floor. Past the staircase you enter the cosy lounge/diner which main feature is the typical canarian fireplace that produces heat if needed during the winter evenings. The lounge/diner offers 2 sofas, large TV with English and German speaking channels and DVD player and stereo system. The Dining area has a beautiful table and chairs for 4 persons. The lounge/diner has two sets of patio doors leading to the pool terrace. The kitchen offers everything you would expect from your holiday home including granite worktops. Also on this level is the 4th bedroom that has a double bed and separate cloakroom with sink and WC. On the 1st floor are 3 large bedrooms; Bedroom 1 has king size bed, en suite with his and her sinks, corner bath with shower attachments. Both the bedroom and en suite haver their own balconies with views over the pool terrace and sea. Bedroom 2 has king size bed and large dressing area plus ensuite with corner bath and shower attachmnent. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and en suite with shower cubicle. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, fans and plenty of storage space, except bedroom 4 which has drawers. There is also a safe installed at the villa for your use. Cot and highchair are available at no extra cost. Internet is included in the price via an USB dongle. There is large outside living area with an under cover patio seating area and a beautiful brick built canarian BBQ and small outside kitchen area. The heated pool area (pool is heated November to April) has an outside shower, sun shades, a table tennis table, plenty of sunbeds annd other patio furniture. The pool itself has a kidney shaped and overall size is 10 x 5 metres and is heated to around 26 degress between November to April (included in price). The pool has roman styled steps that lead into the pool. The depth is 1.3 metres deep at the shallow end and 1.5 metres at the deep end. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. There is complimentry lighting outside for those romantic evenings. At the front of the property there are beautiful Canarian gardens. A welcome pack is included in this villa. The owner of this property lives 20 metres away and is on hand at all times in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout.
