The property is ideally located for travel to the airport, Larnaca Town Centre, Meneou, Tersefanou and Kiti. This is a two bed apartment situated on the second floor in the Jewel of Cyprus Business Centre building on the road to Kiti village and is about seven minutes drive from Larnaca International Airport. There is a covered car park behind the building which is adjacent to the entrance to the apartment. The apartment is accessible by lift (elevator) or stairs and is therefore wheelchair accessible. There are adequate sleeping facilities for four adults which comprise one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. All bed linen and Towels are provided. Beach Towels, Baby cot and High chair can be arranged if required for a small fee. The pictures provided are recent despite the date displayed on some of them (incorrect date setting on camera). The apartment is located a few minutes drive from the heart of the charming Pervolia village where you will find lively restaurants, shops, banks and internet cafe. Pervolia is a small village in Larnaca district. The local beach at Meneou is very close by. Larnaca Town centre is about 10 minutes drive where one can access the shopping centres and Mackenzie beach. Larnaca is the international gateway to Cyprus, being its second port and having an international airport. It is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, and has plenty of historical sightseeing on offer to complement its deep-blue sea, bright sandy beaches and reliably sunny skies. With its 400-berth marina, Larnaca is also a favoured destination for visitors with yachts. Land-based tourists enjoy the palm-trees harbour promenade and the city’s international calibre shops, inviting cafes and panoramic Mediterranean views.
