There are professionally landscaped gardens at the front and rear of the villa and there is room for 3 cars along the private driveway. There is a walkway that offers scenic walks along the sea front passing a cove from where local fishing boats operate. The sea and walkway are less than a minute walk away and the surrounding area offers the choice of numerous sandy beaches such as Coral bay Beach, which is less than 10 minutes drive away, and Kato Paphos, which is a similar distance in the opposite direction. Local buses serve the area well. Paphos International airport is the closest airport, only 20 minutes drive away. Larnaca International airport is in the region of 1 hours drive along the new motorway. Car hire is recommended but not a necessity owing to good local bus services and inexpensive taxis. Chlorakas village with supermarket and local shops is a few minutes drive away. It is 5 minutes drive to the Tomb of the Kings and 10 minutes drive to Kato Paphos and the old town and harbour areas of Paphos. There are mini markets at hotels near by as well as a general store on the main road 5 minutes walk away. Also local bars and restaurants are close by.
