With miles of golden sand and the warm Mediterranean Sea on your doorstep this is a wonderful holiday location. The town of Guardamar is small and compact with everything within easy walking distance. There are several great restaurants and beach bars close by and a small Carrefour supermarket in the next road. The town centre with its small independent shops, marvellous park, sports centre and restaurants, is less than a 10 minute walk making the car redundant. There is plenty to see and do in Guardamar including its ruined castle and new harbour area and in July they hold the famous Moors and Christians parades. The apartment is furnished in a modern contemporary style with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. The building only has four apartments and our apartment is on the first floor.There is a secure garage area beneath the property as there is a parking fee on the road outside the property over the summer months. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a bright and sunny featuring a large L-shaped seating unit, coffee table,TV console, 40 inch Smart TV with English programmes , DVD player,WiFi, glass dining table seating 6 persons and fully equipped kitchen area. There are two paddle fans in the kitchen as well as air conditioning in the lounge. The patio doors in the lounge open up onto the sunny balcony where there is a table and 6 chairs to sit and enjoy the lovely sea views. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, full length mirror, built in wardrobe, paddle fan and air conditioning This bedroom overlooks the sea front so you can listen to the sounds of the sea whilst falling asleep.There is a spacious en-suite with bidet and large shower area. The second bedroom is furnished with traditional Spanish style furnishings and has a double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. There is a paddle fan as well as air conditioning in the bedroom. The third bedroom has a double bed , built in wardrobe, bedside table and it also has a large paddle fan but no air conditioning. The main family bathroom has a large Jacuzzi bath with overhead shower and a window, with one way glass, to enjoy the sea-views. Please note that we do not have facilities for infants as there are only 3 double beds available and no cots. You would need to bring your own travel cot or rent one from our cleaners. We supply all towels including beach towels and tea towels. The property is sanitized between rentals to make your holiday safe and Covid free. If travel restrictions are in place we offer a change of dates or a partial refund. (deposit is non-refundable) WiFi is available free of charge.
