Thong Nai Pan Estate has a large 240 sqm infinity edge communal pool with a breattaking ocean view, buildt to the same high standard. A 12 seat jacuzzi is built into the pool. In the pool area there is also a 40 cm deep childrens pool with a fountain. The location is ideal for a family holiday where the main objective is to relax in your deckchair and under the sunbrella. This is a perfect spot to enjoy yourself with friends and family beside the large infinity edge pool with stunning ocean view. Villa Layout: Thong Nai Pan Estate has two identical villas. The villa layout is as follows: The villas has two floors. 2nd floor houses two master bedrooms with ensuite facilities and a private balcony with sliding glas doors, and agreat panoramic views of Thong Nai Pan bay and beach. The 2nd floor also houses two double bed/twin bedroom arrangement with a shared bathroom. (All together, 2nd floor sleeps 8 guests in comfort) Downstairs, on the ground floor there is one double bed/twin bedroom, a kitchen, washing room/utility room, dining room with seating for ten, and a lounge with sofa & chairs opposite a TV & entertainment system with satellite channels & DVD player. Wireless internet are available in the villa. All bedrooms have an individual safe. The villa has air condition throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped to European standards, with a coocker, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dish washing machine and a large fridge/freezers. The kitchen is fully equipped for 12 guest dinning in style. All linen and towels are changed weekly and the Villa is thoroughly cleaned at each changeover. Towels are provided in all bedrooms, and beach/swimming pool towels are provided FREE for guests use. Many local landries provide laundry service for private clothes. The laundry are normally returned to guests laundered and ironed the same or next day. The villas are equipped with an iron and ironing board. Electricity is not included in yhenrental price. Electricity will be charged seperatly according to consumption.The price is THB 5/KWh and charged at check out. We do also rent out Honda 125cc scooters (THB 1400 a week), a 7 seat Toyota Sportrider (THB 7,000 a week), a 7 seat Toyota Fortuner (THB 12,000 a week), A Nissan station Wagon (THB 6000 a week and a Suzuki Swift (THB 8,000 a week). It is possible to pre-reserve these vehicles. The scooters and cars can take you anywhere on the island, including up the steep hill to the villa.
