There is a large library of books with various board games, cards and boules. The modern fully equipped American kitchen is spacious with dishwasher, hand blender, electric whisk, microwave, toasted sandwich maker, electric oven and ceramic touch hob, plenty of glasses, cutlery, crockery, pans and utensils. We also do not accept single gender occupancy by adults and groups and also mixed groups under the age of 30, as this is a family home, unless agreed beforehand. The villa is only let for a maximum of 6 persons plus up to two babies in cots This is a non-smoking villa and no smoking is allowed inside the villa. There are ashtrays for smoking outside.
