This utility space leads to the front terrace, flooded with sun throughout the day, ideal for a spot of sunbathing, a glass of chilled wine, or perhaps a barbeque later during the day. Colour is the focus in this outdoor space: it is utilized to convey energy and a sense of joy, from the green floor turf to the colourful seat cushions and brightly coloured deck deck chairs. The property is air-conditioned throughout. Important notes to weekly rates: The accommodation cost includes 100 kilowatt/hours per week. Each additional kilowatt/hour consumed over the 100 units will be charged at 30 cents. The historic village of Haz-Zebbug or Città Rohan is one of the oldest towns in Malta. The Parish Church is dedicated to Philip of Agira and the feast is celebrated on the 2nd Sunday of June, although the actual feast day falls on the 12th day of May. The name of the town literally means "olives" in Maltese; it derives from the large olive groves that stood in and around the current location of the church and the centre of the town. Haz-Zebbug is an ideal base from where to explore the Island and all it has to offer. There are many historic sites, museums, nightlife, beaches and sports facilities close by, thus car hire is recommended. ItIts neighbouring villages/towns include Attard, Rabat and Mdina - the Silent City - a gem of architecture, art and history. . Mosta Dome famous for its Basilica is also nearby. For the golf enthusiasts the Marsa Sports Club is only 5 minutes away by car. Those wishing to visit Valletta, theres an efficient bus service running from Valletta to Haz-Zebbug and vice versa.
