You could get the main square in less than one minute walking. You can easily visit a lot of lovely beaches by car. If you take advantage of a cheap flight with low cost companies to Cagliari airport and you do not prefer to rent a car, ask me for the shuttle services price (transfer from/to Cagliari airport) and/or rental bike service. The nearest beaches are within walking distance, furthermore, in summer time, a bus service connects the city centre with the main beaches. Even without a car it is a fantastic location.
