If you are tired of the sameness of all inclusive hotels and still want to be situated within a few minutes ride to all amenities, this is the place for you. The View is only a ten minute drive away from downtown Hurghada, as well as from El Gouna, from the Marina, from the larger resorts, the great restaurants and the walking street which is famous for its little shops. The Garden apartment (75mē) has a 35 mē private terrace with a stunning pool and garden view. From there you can sip your cold drinks while enjoying the scenery and take sun baths at ease. It is enabled with a table and chairs to dine outside, where you can enjoy your self cooked barbecue meal from the BBQ grill. If you want to cool down, our garden (750 sq. m.) offers you a large swimming pool, with a shallow end perfect for your childrens safety, and 8 lounge seats. This cosy space (70 sq. m.) has a kitchen that is equipped with everything you could need for a self catering holiday, from making a simple breakfast to cooking a 5 course meal. Its pleasant living room offers you comfort with its brand new, modern furniture and 32 inch plasma TV. There are 2 bedrooms, one has a king size bed, the other a twin bed. Check in is normally 2pm or after on the day of arrival. Check out is normally by 10am on the day of departure. Please let the management know in advance if you require an earlier check in or late check out. A small charge may be applied. · The management of the View Villa will ask to see a copy of your marriage licence should you Egyptian and have a non-Egyptian of the opposite sex staying with you. We reserve the right to refuse your accommodation if you cannot show proof of marriage. A copy of the paper will be kept for the duration of your stay and handed back upon checkout. · The accommodation is completely self catering, and as such, no food is supplied by The View Villa. Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen and all of the tools required for preparing and cooking food. · Clean bed linen and towels are supplied for your stay. Towels will be changed every 3 days, and should you be with us for an extended stay, your bed linen will be replaced every 7 days.
