The manager of this property lives nearby and maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. This villa is situated in a quiet residential area of the southern resort of Callao Salvaje. It is a 10 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc. There is a small friendly French bakers nearby that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. The new local beach in Callao Salvaje is also just a 15 minute walk from the villa. Here you will find a bar with snacks, showers, toilets, seating areas plus a jetty which is ideal for fishing, snorkeling. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. The taxi rank and bus stop is a 5 minute walk for those wishing to venture out. The villa is a 10 minute drive to the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos.
