Villa is a 3 stores self-catering villa with 3 spacious bedrooms; all 3 bedrooms with double beds are on the 1st floor and have built in wardrobes. There are 1 family bathroom upstairs, and 1 guests toilet downstairs. There are air conditioning and heating in living area and all bedrooms. The ground floor is very spacious with open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. There are IPTV, DVD player. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests and large open plan fully equipped kitchen fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils. The living room is furnished with modern sofas. The garden is fenced for privacy with a private pool (8 x 3.5 meters). There are BBQ and garden area with sunbeds and outdoor furniture, where you can relax in the shade whilst enjoying a nice cold drink during hot summer days.The roof garden with sea view is amazing too and perfect to enjoy romantic sunrises and sunsets.
