The apartment “Barbagianni” has been created from the old stables and hay barn, the “Gallo" was the place where the farmhands used to live and "Filanda" was until the early 1900s the place where silk was spun. Outside guests share a natural lawn with equipped areas (barbecue) where the swimming pool (10x5 depth 1,20 m)(01/05-30/09) is located. The position is an excellent departure point for reaching the beaches of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio, for interesting excursions in the paths of Garfagnana or for visiting cultural cities like Lucca, Pisa and Florence. The property, which is family run, produces honey, fruit and vegetables and extends over 12 hectares of land some of which is woodland where guests can go for walks and in the autumn to collect chestnuts and “porcini” mushrooms. On request possibility of breakfasts, pizzas or typical Tuscan dishes tasting. The guests share the use of the laundry room (washing machine).
