The villa is surrounded by a large walled garden giving total privacy and security - making it excellent for children. Ample provision is made for off-road parking behind a secure gate and the villas grounds include an 8 x 4 meter swimming pool surrounded by terracing and garden/patio furniture. BBQ. Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Beach Towels. The villa is cleaned for your arrival and on you departure gas and electric are included, the pool and garden are maintained once a week. Coast/Beach The villa is 5km from the glorious blue flag (6km) child friendly beach of La Barrosa which in season has lifeguards, showers and a promenade lined with bars and cafes. The remainder of the beach has been left in its natural state complete with its backing of dunes and pine trees and for 10 months of the year is frequently deserted. At the northern end of the beach there is a marina which provides a variety of water sports. Horse riding and tennis are available nearby. Golf There is a good selection of golf courses within 60 mins drive, the closest being the 36 hole Novo Sancti Petri course (5 mins drive), designed by Seve Ballesteros, and Campano (15 mins) 9 holes. Golf packages can be purchased giving you the opportunity to play these and other courses. There are also 3 driving ranges.
