You enter the villa from the car parking area and via a staircase to the villa level. The separate kitchen is modern and well equipped with a lovely marble work top. It has a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board and breakfast bar. The comfortable lounge has 2 sofas and 2 chairs to seat 8 people and has TV which includes BBC1/BBC2/ITV/channel 4 & 5 plus sky movies and Sky Sports. There is also a free WIFI, DVD, and CD player. The dining area has a beautiful stylish table and chairs and both the lounge and dining areas have patio doors leading to the fabulous pool terrace that has stunning sea views, cosy shaded area with sofas and several sets of patio furniture. All 4 bedrooms have, fans, large fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and an en suite with bath and shower attachment . Bedroom 2 also has king size bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 have twin beds. Bedroom 3 has en suite with shower cubicle. (Please note Bedroom 3 can be entered from bedroom 4 or via an outside door). There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment. The villa also has a large laundry room that includes a washing machine and plenty of storage space. There is a safe fitted in the villa. The large private heated pool is surrounded by a terrace with patio furniture, sun loungers with mattresses, an outside shower, and a shaded area with stylish comfortable sofas. There is also a second terrace area with a beautiful pergola with stylish tables and chairs and a large brick built BBQ. There are views of the Atlantic ocean and La Gomera from the terrace. This unique villa is semi detached and not overlooked. Sleeps up to 9 people. The 11 x 4 metre shaped pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. Its main features are the roman styled steps that lead into the pool . The pool is at a constant level of 1.2 metres deep. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. The pool also boasts underwater lighting that compliments the exterior lighting of the property. The resort: Callao Salvaje is a ten minute drive to the north of Playa de las Americas on the west coast of Tenerife. Once a quiet fishing village, the resort has blossomed in recent years and is becoming a very popular low key resort. Dotted around the resort are several bars and quality restaurants and the resort centre has even more - catering for a variety of taste. The recently built beach (2011) has proved very popular and adds another dimension to a holiday in Callao Salvaje. The resort know has it all! Callao Salvaje is ideally situated to explore the island, as the motorway network which links the island is close by - whether you want to head north to the Tiede National park, or head to the busy resorts of the south.
