The villa is located 1km from a 711 supermarket and across the road from the 711 is Paknampran nightmarket open every Sunday, Wednesday and Friday, offering a wide range of street food, fresh meat, seafood, fruit, vegetables, clothing, jewellery, footwear, etc at very affordable local prices.. Paknampran is 10 minutes from Tesco Lotus Pranburi a major western department store and shopping arcade with western delights such as KFC, Pizza Company, and Svensens Icecream. Hua Hin is a 25 minute drive and is a major town with large western shopping arcades, tourist attractions, water theme park ? night markets. The villa has total privacy and seclusion yet anything required is at your fingertips and peace of mind knowing your hosts are resident locally. The villa is comprised of 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. the kitchen is fully equipped including fridge, freezer,oven, hob, microwave,toaster,electric sandwich maker,kettle as well as a full range of crockery,cutlery etc.The lounge has wifi, 50 inch Samsung TV, DVD player with a selection of movies.A laundry with automatic washing machine is located next to the outside bathroom/toilet under the patio. The villa has an option of inside/outside dining with a dining table located next to the kitchen as well as an outdoor dining table under cover in the large patio/entertaining area .A barbeque is located outside for your outdoor cooking requirements. The entertainment area overlooks a sparkling 8m x 4m pool with a 6 person jacuzzi to fulfill your entertainment pleasure. Please note all outside tiles including pool steps are non slip. Golden Palms surround the perimeter of the Villa giving you that tropical feeling. The Villa is fully secured and is serviced twice weekly by our pool cleaner.The Villa can be cleaned during your stay by arrangement with your hosts for a nominal fee. Electricity is charged at 5baht per unit with payment due on your departure. All guests can be collected from Bangkok airport by our driver for an arranged fee. You will be greeted on arrival at the villa by your host.
