The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, one of which is en suite. There is also a lovely family bathroom. The kitchen is bright, modern and very well equipped, with a microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is a table and four chairs in the kitchen and there is also a lovely dining area out on the terrace which seats up to 6 people. There is a large open plan lounge area, with a corner sofa, coffee table, TV and additional sofa. There is a master bedroom with double bed and an en suite. There is also a twin room, and an extra room which contains a sofa bed. The house has two lovely large terraces. One has a dining table and chairs and the other has some lovely outside lounge furniture. The balcony has wonderful views over the swimming pool and beyond. The house is in a lovely and quiet area and only 10 minute drive to the nearest beach and to the nearest golf course. This is a quiet area of Tenerife perfect for relaxing, yet only 10 minute drive from the main part of Las Americas, including the excellent beaches of Del Duque.
