The apartment is situated in a magnificent complex at Al Alandalus about 1 mile from VERA and GARRUCHA. It is a two bedroom ground floor apartment.The main bedroom has en-suite facilities, and the family bathroom is right opposite the second bedroom. It has a comfortable lounge, fully fitted kitchen, utilities room and large gated decking area at the front ideal for private outdoor eating and drinking the local wine!. Although it does not overlook the complex swimming pool (Which suits our regular clients as at peak periods it does get Hectic) it is only a 30 second walk away. There is also an indoor pool the same distance. The complex is secured by entry phone and the maintenance of the grounds is second to none. The award winning beaches in Vera is a 5 minute drive ... with a brand new promenade it is lovely. There are numerous bars and restaurants in Vera and the seaside resort of MOJACAR is about 10 minutes drive with its miles of clean sandy beaches. There is a luxury bus service that picks up right outside the complex that goes to Vera, Vera Playa, Garrucha and Mojacar and leaves at 20 past the hour. Enjoy your holiday at this magnificent complex
