The resort resembles a small village spread gradually on the hill, surrounded by 20.000sqm of natural environment. It comprises of Bungalow style buildings resting among gardens and connected by stone paths. The Villa is a 3 storey house. On the ground floor you can find a seperated apartment with one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath-tub, open plan living- room with comfortable (convertible) sofa-bed, LCD TV, kitchenette- dinning area & terrace and 2 floors above (reached by an independant entrance) is the maisonette with 2 more bedrooms & 2 more bathrooms. An internal staircase connects these 2 bedrooms. In the open plan living room there is a comfortable convertible sofa bed and LCD TV hangs on the wall, where you can enjoy watching international channels. The kitchen is also linked to the dining area. From the balconies you can enjoy the beautiful seascape view. For those who wish to have breakfast , each morning from 08:00 till 10:30, we host a buffet breakfast offering many different dishes and freshly cooked breads (payable on the spot). The Swimming Pool covers an area of 200 sq.m. and includes the main pool and the children’s pool. The pools are surrounded by a sun terrace full of comfortable sun beds and umbrellas, while more active holidaymakers might want to use The Small Villages gym, which is open all day. For those who fancy a bite to eat during the day, the Snack bar boasts of its sandwiches, salads and other dishes. You don’t even need to leave your sun lounger. Our staff is happy to bring you refreshment as you while the day away by the pool or under a tree, while in our restaurant you can taste some of the best and freshest seafood or traditional dishes, cooked to perfection and enjoyed under the stars. If you are not yet ready for bed after your meal, the Pool bar is the perfect place for a nightcap. Here, the music mingles with the sounds of nature from the surrounding gardens and makes for a relaxing end to the day. The nearest beach is in 500m distance and an organised beach in 4km. Kos Airport is at a distance of 10km, while the busy town of Kos is 26 km away. Private parking can be found on site. Complimentary shuttle bus service to Mastichari village - beach & “Hippocrates Garden” Culture centre is also provided.
