A very traditional village stone house over 90 years old just restored now to a brand new from its original glory, in one of the most beautiful and peaceful village of Paphos, Kathikas. Build of stone and wood, House of Eleni features an inner, stone-paved courtyard. The well-equipped house includes a living room with fireplace and consists of 3 separate bedrooms. Free WiFi is provided. Fitted with beamed ceilings, the unit is traditionally decorated with wrought-iron beds and dark-wooden furnishings. It has a kitchen with dining area, fridge and stove, and 2 bathrooms with shower. A flat-screen TV and a DVD player are available. Logs for the fireplace are provided at extra charge. The famous Coral Bay is located 10 km from House of Eleni, while Polis Chrysochous is 15 km away. Latsi Beach, where a variety of taverns and shops is featured, is at a distance of 17 km. Free parking can be found nearby. We speak your language! Just a short walk to the village square with its local famous taverns and traditional restaurants, this would be ideal for a couple or family to relax and enjoy the Village lifestyle. Only 22kms from Paphos and 14kms from Latchi, has a long history as a resting place for merchants travelling between the two towns, and is halfway between the only road that connects the old and new roads between Paphos and Polis. The house has a beautiful square in the middle for relaxing times, has also two fire places, three bedroom, living room kitchen area, three bathrooms and two showers. Prices note: The house can accommodate up to 6 people. Children under 11 years old are stays free. Up to 2 persons the price is €60 euros per night, for every additional person plus 10 euro per night per person.
