Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living and kitchen area with seating for 6 persons. The kitchen has everything required for a comfortable self-catering stay. Patio doors lead out to the pool and garden area. There is also a W/C on this floor. Upstairs, the villa has 2 double bedrooms 1 twin bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath tub with overhead shower. Outside, the villa has a large private pool and spacious garden area with sun loungers and patio furniture, ideal for outdoor dining during the summer. Satellite TV and free WIFI are available and the villa has full air-conditioning. The resort centres of Protaras and Pernera are both within a few minutes walk of the villa, with a great selection of restaurants and bars within easy reach. Transport isnt required to get into the resort, although there is a bus stop nearby which has buses that go into the neighbouring resort of Ayia Napa and the town of Paralimni. Overall this is a great villa in a lovely location.
