The Dorset County Show takes place in Dorchester every September. It is a celebration of the areas agricultural history with many displays. The Jurassic Coast is a World Heritage Site stretching from Exmouth in East Devon to Studland Bay in Dorset, a distance of about 96 miles. The cliffs are full of fossils, particularly around Lyme Regis. Charmouth Beach, West Bay, Chesil Beach, Durdle Door and Lyme Regis can all easily be visited from Bridport Mill.
