On the ground floor of the villa are a living room with comfortable furniture and TV with satellite, dining area for 8 persons, open plan kitchen equipped with all necessary electrical appliances, one bedroom and a full bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and en-suite shower room in the master bathroom. Master bedroom has panoramic sea view. Outside of the villa is large veranda with pergola, garden furniture and TV, BBQ, Jacuzzi and parking for 1 car. The villa is situated in the private complex in tourist area of Larnaca - Dekelia on the beach. The centre of Larnaca is located just 5-10 minutes drive. Few tavernas, minimarkets and bars are in a few minutes walk from the complex where is villa located. Ayia Napa with the nights life is about 20 min drive from the villa. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Also mid cleaning of the villa once a week is included in the price Travel cot and high chair are available. Electricity is extra charge according to the meter has to be paid on departure day. Refundable deposit is 1000 euro.
