It has a fabulous 13m x 8m private pool and is in a sought after, breezy location on the prestigious “Pattaya Hill Village 2” gated development. It has had a total renovation with new furnishings, appliances and a tasteful decoration with local paintings. The area is a large 560 m2 in total and 220 m2 internal area, on a corner position with off-street parking. It is only 10 minutes away from central Pattaya with its great shopping malls, the amazing Terminal 21 mall, famous nightlife, Walking Street, street markets, golf courses and beautiful beaches. It can comfortably take 8 guests in 4 large bedrooms with one king and 3 queen sized beds, and has 3 toilets/showers/bathrooms. KITCHEN - The large 8m European style kitchen has granite worktops and is fully equipped with utensils, a large fridge/freezer, gas hob cooker, oven, rice cooker, toaster, expresso coffee machine, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, a safe and first aid kit. BEDROOMS - The villa has 4 large double bedrooms each with a luxurious 5* hotel pocket sprung mattress and duck feather & down pillows. There are 2 inside bathrooms each with a toilet, shower and black granite tops and an outside shower, sink and toilet by the pool. The master bedroom bathroom has an en-suite with 2 sinks, walk-in shower and a large bath. It also has a 50" smart TV with cable, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a dressing area with tall mirrors. All of the rooms are equipped with quiet air con units, silent low-energy ceiling fans and mosquito nets over the windows, all to ensure a good night’s sleep. LIVING ROOM - The spacious 9m x 9m L-shaped living room has high vaulted ceilings which creates an open and airy feel. It has a 50” TV with a smart media box for TV movies, Netflix and also separate cable TV covering many languages. The WiFi is high speed 150 meg fibre and has an extender to the pool area. There is a large 3-seater couch with 2 single matching armchairs and a marble coffee table. One side forms the dining room that has a large dining table and 6 chairs. OUTSIDE - The fabulous pool and jacuzzi (13m x 8m) has a toilet and shower. It is surrounded by a tropical garden that has a mixture of mature plants, palms, flowers and trees. The outside dining area has 8 chairs and table with relaxing loungers by the pool. It offers plenty of shaded seating with a wall-fan and outside spot lights, perfect for a relaxing evening BBQ. There is lovely tasteful lighting both in and around the pool and gardens. There is off-street parking in the car port with security gate and CCTV. THE LOCATION - The estate has a perfect and popular location, very close to the city and action but in a nice slightly quieter area on a breezy hill. It has 24×7 gated security and night patrols and also has its own private large 25m swimming pool that residents can use. The main road is 2 mins walk and has everything you will need: good restaurants, fine bars including Murphys just opposite (the best Irish Pub in Pattaya), mini-markets, fresh food markets, a German bakery, ATMs, "The Chilled" a new shopping mall, massage spas, hairdresser and beauty salons. A new shopping mall has opened with a fine food Topps European supermarket 10 mins walk away. The new amazing Terminal 21 shopping mall is only 15 mins away. Local attractions, beaches, shopping malls and Walking street are just 10 mins away and the World famous Siam Country Club international golf course is less than 10 minutes drive away. NIGHT LIFE - For the best nightlife discos and bars have a look at the Famous Walking Street also Soi LK Metro just a few minutes away from the Villa. Also the huge Threpasit night market (Pattayas biggest) is only 5 mins away. BOOKING TERMS: - On arrival we ask you a security deposit for 200 euro / Dollar or your own country currency, you will receive that back when we check you out the day that you leave the villa. - Electric is excluded from the rental price, the meter will be taken on arrival, cost are 8 Baht a KW. Water, WIFI, gas, BBQ coal, cable TV and Netflix are all free of charge. - After the booking we will send you a separate agreement with more details about the Villa, and also the route to the house. EXTRA SERVICES - Daily maid cleaning service and daily 80 kwh electricity allowance options available. LAUNDRY - The Villa has a washing machine and clothes dryer but if you prefer there are some very cheap laundries nearby who will collect, wash and iron and return the laundry to the villa. VIP AIRPORT TAXI - on arrival at the airport we can pick you up, our private driver will be their with your name on a plate and brings you comfortable to the Villa. RENTAL - You can rent scooters with us when you arrive. VIP tour Bus - We provide tours around Pattaya with a VIP minibus. You will have a private driver to take you around pattaya during a day. TAXI SERVICE - We have a dedicated taxi service for your daily shopping, tours or to go to a nice restaurant.
