Brand new and modern villa located 2 km from Villeneuve Loubet and 6-8min walk from a sandy beach. Villa Oceane is a south-facing villa with 4 ensuite bedrooms, private pool with counter current swimming, sea views from the first floor, Wi-Fi and reversible air conditioning (controlled individually in each room). Set between Cannes and Nice, 10min from Nice airport, Antibes under 1/4hr. From the villa you overlook the very recognizable wave shaped buildings called Marina Baie des Anges. In the Marina you will find a shopping centre, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Within 10 min walk from the villa there are both pebble beaches open to the public and a sandy beach with facilities for eating and drinking. Good bakery close by and small food shops. Close to motorway and main routes too. Fabulous house with modern amenities, air conditioning and a gorgeous kitchen. It is close to a main, busy road but you don’t hear it in the house and its background noise when you are outside. Has a TV & satellite but we didn’t use it!! The bedrooms are well equipped and beautifully presented. The bathrooms too – modern showers that are a treat to use. The pool is just great. It has several steps in, a shallow area and then a deeper part. It’s large enough for games and swimming. The pool area is well equipped although we’d have liked some cushions for the loungers. There is a lovely modern rattan seat with built in shade which is perfect for lounging around on! It’s ok for disabled guests. Not perfect for wheelchair users though as a step from parking area to pool & gravel which is hell for wheelchair wheels!! The downstairs bedroom/bathroom isn’t big enough for a wheelchair plus the fantastic shower (and it really is a lovely shower) has a narrow entrance so unable to be used in our case. Not a problem though as there is an outside shower by the pool. And if you aren’t a wheelchair user then probably fine! We don’t often go back to the same property but we’d consider this one as it was pretty perfect and the owners very helpful. Had a fabulous holiday in this house!! The owners were really helpful, as when we arrived to leave our luggage at 1pm as we had arranged, they had the villa fully cleaned and ready for us! It was really great that we could walk to restaurants and shops without having to use the car all the time. We also felt it was in a great location for visiting many places in the area by car or train.
