The property enjoys a south-facing terrace with countryside views and is situated just 10km from the coast and beach. The villa is within walking distance of the beautiful village of Vence. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the village. It is an uphill walk and there are very few pavements. There is a great bus service which costs 1.5€ per person per journey that takes you to the centre of Vence. There is a number to call and the bus picks you up at the bus stop located near the villa. The pictures on line where great, but it was even more spectacular in person. The house was open and spacious. We had 8 people in the house and there was more than enough room for all of us. We ate all of our meals outside on the veranda. They have big sliding glass doors so it always felt so open. The views are amazing. We used the pool every day. It was super clean and plenty of lounge chairs so we could all be out together. The owner was there to greet us at check in and she gave us the tour and answered all our questions. We even called her several times to ask about Vence and the area and she was always more than helpful. Overall, we loved our experience.
