Patio doors lead out onto one of the many sun terraces. The dining area has a table and chairs for 8 guests. The luxury kitchen has an American style fridge/freezer, oven/hob, bulit in mircowave, and all the additional features, equipment and utensils you would expect in a villa of this quality. Off the lounge is the large TV room with 46 inch TV and surround sound. The TV has UK TV channels, and there is a DVD player plus leather sofas for 5 plus additional 2 leather reclining chairs. Also off the lounge is another huge playroom with leather sofas for 6 and patio doors leading to the front sun terrace. On the upper level of this fabulous villa you will find the 5 bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a large king size bed, fitted wardrobes, and patio doors leading to its own private terrace with sea and mountain views. The exterior of this villa has 4 different sun terraces with plenty of sun loungers, sofas, parasols, table and chairs etc. There is always enough of everything for 10 guests. There will always be a terrace in the sun and a terrace in the shade depending on what is required. The pool/jacuzzi measures 6 x 3 metres and is 1.6 metre deep at its deepest. The pool has an underwater lighting system, and is separated from the rest of the garden. This area can also be gated off as well in order for child safety. The manager of the villa lives nearby and is on hand in case of any unforeseen matters. The manager also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a good standard throughout. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area. LOCATION This peaceful area is about a 10 minute drive from the main beaches and resorts of southern Tenerife. The area is dotted with large villas and has and is classified as "semi rural" so you can hear birds chirping and really feel free because of the space. You get amazing views to the sea and mountains, the sunsets are spectacular as are the sunrises with light reflecting off the volcanic mountains.
