Set on a 1/4 acre lot in the quiet and exclusive community of Tuscan Ridge. We are located off HWY 27 in Davenport FL. The house has 5 bedrooms with 2 master suites each with private baths and 3 additional bedrooms. We can sleep 10 guests in 7 beds. We have added new memory foam mattress’s with cool gel toppers. In July of 2021 we had all the duct work cleaned. We added new stylish living room furniture. We placed a new barbecue on the pool deck. We installed the reliable Eero WiFi system. A new air hockey table and arcade style basketball game has been added to the game room. We placed new day / night lighting for better visibility in the front walking areas. We are located within minutes of Disney World, Sea World , Universal Studios, Typhoon Lagoon , Blizzard Beach, Lego Land and so much more. Nearby is Champions Gate with several restaurants such as Millers Ale House, Red Robin , Four Corners Tavern as well as quick meals such as McDonald’s. There is also a Publix and Walgreens nearby. We are also located close to Posner Park if you enjoy shopping. And not far from the house is International Drive with more attractions , restaurants , dinner shows, recreation and nightlife.
