La Musica apartment is an independent, two-story apartment located in the heart of Ravello, very close to all the main attractions of the village (Villa Rufolo, Piazza Vescovado, Auditorium Oscar Niemayer etc...). The spacious accommodation (100 square meters) has been recently renovated, hosting up to 4 people and it is tastefully decorated with handmade painted majolica tiles in blue and emerald colors. Some antique furniture and large glass windows with great open views of the most fascinating stretch of coast with lemon groves terraces, views of Minori, Maiori, the hamlet of Torello in the distance, complete this unique accommodation. The magnificent view over the coast can also be enjoyed from a privileged position, the large rooftop terrace reachable by an external spiral staircase from the living/dining room level. This terrace is equipped with a table and chairs, becoming the perfect place for relaxing moments after a frenetic day visiting the highlights of the Amalfi Coast. Staying at La Musica apartment, a car is not necessary. restaurants, shops and bars are at easy walking distance as well as public transportation. The nearest SITA bus stop is at 200 meters. The SITA bus connects Ravello to the other villages of the Coast. Perfect setting for a family holiday or a romantic escape for couples. Accommodation: 100 square meters indoor + 55 square meters terrace. From the street level, 25 steps takes to the main door of the apartment which gives access to the ground floor level paved with green majolica tiles. On this level there are the two bedrooms, one double with an suite bathroom and one twin. The twin bedroom (the beds cannot be joined) features essential furniture, a wardrobe and a small high window facing the pedestrian street, instead, the double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, is large, airy and full of light thanks to the arched window overlooking the sea and the coast. Its furnishings are elegant, antique and comprise a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and an AC unit. The en suite bathroom, reachable by walking up a staircase of 6 steps, is large, luminous and entirely clad of handmade painted majolica tiles in the blue color. It is equipped with two washbasins, a toilet, a bathtub, a fully enclosed shower, a hairdryer and two panoramic windows facing the sea and the sun. From the ground floor level, a wooden staircase of 15 steps leads up to the open air living/dining room with kitchen in a corner. This wide room is extremely shining thanks to three large glass windows overlooking the coast. The living/dining room area comprises a round dining table, which can accommodate four guests, a sofa, an armchair, some antique pieces, a cable TV, an AC unit and a working fireplace. The American style kitchen set in a corner is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker and two electric plates, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a regular size fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and all the other small appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate small bathroom which is equipped with iron and iron board, a WC, a washbasin and a washing machine. From the sitting/dining room two more steps lead to the annex small sitting room equipped with two wicker chairs and a coffee table. This area gives access to the small terrace which is furnished with a dining table. From this terrace, an external spiral staircase leads to the roof top terrace which enjoys a panoramic view. This terrace is equipped with a ceramic dining table sitting 4 people, two stone benches and sun beds. We strongly recommend contacting our land agents the day before or early morning of your arrival day, to let them know how you intend getting to the resort and approximate arrival time, they will in this occasion be able to advise of any local fiestas, roads closed etc... Check-out time is between 07:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., from Monday to Saturday. On departure the property has to be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and free from trash. Should these conditions not be respected, there will a deduction from the deposit - amount corresponding to the extra cleaning time Arrival and departure times can be arranged outside these times or Sunday, for this service a supplement of € 55,00 is applied. Local Supplements Household linen and consumes: Mandatory, € 70,00 per week, payable locally in cash. City tax: Mandatory, is € 3,00 per person, per day, payable locally in cash.
