This villa is situated on the outskirts of Torrevija in the very popular residential area of Los Balcones, near the salt lake and just a few minutes walk from the popular Filton commercial centre, with its many bars and restaurants, supermarkets, gym etc etc There are large play/exercise areas for the children and sports courts etc and the beaches are just a few mins away. Torrevieja seafront/marina is just a 5 mins drive and nearest beaches are closer still. The bus stop is just a couple of mins walk.
