The LIVING/DINING ROOM has a double 2 sofa beds that can comfortably sleep 3-4 guests measuring (100 cm x 230 cm) , (193 cm x 188 cm), dining table and HD TV.. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, fridge/freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, toaster, water cooler, drinking/wine glasses, coffee mugs, pots, pans, flatware plates and everything else you need to cook an amazing meal! BEDROOM offers a comfortable Queen bed (140 cm x 200 cm). We will provide sheets, blankets, towels, & pillows. CENTRALLY LOCATED: Our property is centrally located within Eilat’s City Center in a very quiet neighborhood called Zofit. Eilat is only a stone throw away, a 3-minute drive and about a (7-10 min walk) to most banks, money changers, malls/shops, bakery, coffee shops, restaurants, and beaches. We are within an 8-minute walk from the Eilat Central Bus Station. What makes our home unique is the property located within walking distance to Red Rock Beach (Also known as Kisuski beach better known for its extreme water sport activities) Next to Mall Hayam Eilat (Scenic lookout from the 2nd-floor balcony), Eilat Museum, Historic Landmarks, City Park, Library, Various Restaurants, Mini-Marts/Supermarkets, and Synagogue. The Neighborhood Overview: Our Holiday Rentals is located in Eilat within a very quiet neighborhood called Zofit, Eilat. People are very friendly, helpful, and most speak English. Zofit are arguably the most interesting neighborhoods in Eilat and the Holiday Rental is located in the best location. Although it features a number of tourist highlights (such as the Eilat Musical Fountain Light Show, North Beach Promenade, Um Rush Rush (Former British Guard Station ), Eilat Museum and Art Gallery. Eilat has kept its local historical feel. You’ll find a number of cafes, coffee shops, take out and sit-in restaurants, bars, pubs, shopping malls, and a Synagogue within a few minutes’ walk. There is 2 supermarket and one mini-mart that are within 2-7 minutes, two banks within an 8 min walk, and many places to eat 3-5 min, Eilat central bus station 8 minutes, and many shops 3-10 minutes depending on which one you choose. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Our rental is most suitable for one couple, families, singles, group of friends, or anyone who is looking for a weekend getaway. We only provide self-check-in with a code sent to all guests who have a paid confirmation. Providing the entire flat to our guests offers them security, privacy, and comfort. We are friendly and very happy to assist our guests with any questions and are very knowledgeable about top things to see and do in Eilat and the surrounding area. We speak both English and Hebrew. Most of the Buses leave from the central bus station makes getting around very easy. You can easily catch the local number 5 bus that is located down the street on Sderot Hativat HaNegev that is located in front of the park. PARKING: There is plenty of FREE private parking in the back of the building. There are also a few parking spots in front of the building. Guest Access: Guests will have access to all rooms and use of the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and living areas. Nothing has to be shared with other guests since you will have the entire apartment all to yourselves. Even though the apartment is in a holiday rental complex, there are no neighbors on one side of the flat providing guests with plenty of privacy. Free wireless internet and TV will be provided to all of our guests.
