Casa Parco is a pleasant and spacious apartment located in the center of Sorrento. It sleeps 6 people. From Casa Parco you will enjoy a nice view of the garden and in the distance, of the other buildings. Casa Parco is approx. 95 square meters. It features a shared swimming pool, private terrace and garden, air conditioning, winter heating and Wi-Fi Internet access. Casa Parco is located in a residential park, on the ground floor of a five story building. You will reach it by going up 8 stairway steps from the park gates. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. Entrance into a furnished hallway, to the right there is a small bathroom with a washing machine, wc lavabo, half bath and hand shower. Corridor leads into large living room furnished with a double divan bed, a couch, round marble dining table with chairs, TV and doors onto furnished terrace for outdoor dining and 6 steps leading to the private garden. Fully equipped separate live in kitchen with 4 burner gas stove, electric oven, fridge / freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. From the kitchen there is a small terrace with steps down on to the private garden. Two Double bedded rooms, one with window on to the garden, and second which can also be a twin bedroom has French doors on to furnished terrace leading down to the private garden. Full bathroom with bath tub and stand in shower with glass screen, hair dryer. The swimming pool is 400 square meters large. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden and of the other buildings. You will share the pool with the local residents. The swimming pool is open from mid-June until mid-September, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. You will also be able to use a tennis court upon request and for a fee. It is located in the garden and shared with the local residents. Equipment is not provided and can be rented at a local store nearby. When staying at Casa Parco, you will not need a car, if you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot at cost of Euro 20,00 per day. Check-out time is between 07:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. On departure the property has to be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and free from trash. Should these conditions not be respected, there will a deduction from the deposit - amount corresponding to the extra cleaning time. It is a convenient base for visiting the Neapolitan Riviera and other famous attractions: Pompei, Capri, Napoli, Paestum, and Amalfi Coast. How to get there There are several ways to get to Sorrento from Naples Capodichino Airport or Naples Train station either by renting a car or by public transport. Once at the property you can get around fine without the car as parking in the towns is hard to come by and expensive. Public Buses operate year-around connecting Marine del Cantone to Massa Lubrense and Sorrento, where are buses to all the Amalfi Coast villages and Sorrento area. Ferries from Sorrento (from May to October) operate a service between Amalfi - Positano - Capri Island - Naples.
