Our 4 apartments are located on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor of a residential building intended exclusively for tourist purposes. In 2020, they are all newly renovated. Apartment A2 size 73 m2 is intended for max. 5 people. Apartment A3 size 35 m2 is intended for max. 2 persons. Apartment A4 size 73 m2 is intended for max. 4 persons and apartment A5 of 128 m2 is intended for max. 7 people. Each apartment has its own outdoor terrace. The house is located in a quiet part of Zadar (Puntamika) and only 4km from the center of Zadar, which is connected by a promenade near the house. Free parking and Wi-Fi are available for all guests. Also all apartments are air conditioned. The apartments have a common storage area for beach audits. For suggestions for sightseeing or a must to see in Croatia and Zadar, the hostess will always be at your disposal. With quiet pleasant evenings in the courtyard of the building you will always play light music. We will always help you to suggest a restaurant or a trip.
