My place is close to family-friendly activities, seaside, historical places. . You’ll love my place because of the location, the outdoors space, the Sea and Pool.. My place is good for couples, and families (with children). The complex is gated, therefore safe to play outside, ride bicycles, etc. No strangers at the pool as this is a small community where everyone knows each other. Children will enjoy playing with other children by the pool area. Locals are very friendly. Local shops are in walking distance, by the end of the complex with the small gate access, so no need to take a car or drive. Also we have a very nice restaurant Lokkum in walking distance from the property, which makes very tasty and affordable selection of meals. Long Beach is just 2 km. away from the property with its golden beaches, childrens climbing park and walking, cycling, roller skating paths. You will enjoy a visit to the Karpaz Peninsula, a land almost unspoiled by the savage hand of modern development, where donkeys, trees, flowers, and cereal crops dot the landscape as far as the eye can see, before tapering off into the blue waters of the Mediterranean. The main bedroom has an amazing unobstructed sea views. Situated in a quite location of Bahceler, Iskele, Northern Cyprus, very close to the beautiful Long Beach with its golden sandy beach and crystal clear waters. Only 15 min. drive to the old town of Famagusta.
