Macchia al Loto is a typical stone-built farmhouse recently restored that can host 10 people in 5 bedrooms, double or with twin beds, each one with en-suite bathroom. It represents an excellent vacation choice for a group of friends or a large family group. The 2 large living rooms with fireplace, the dining room and the perfectly equipped kitchen, with their outdoor access, allow easy use of the portico and adjoining pool. Air-conditioned bedrooms and wi-fi connection. The calm and quiet emphasize the unique panorama offered by this farmhouse. External Area and Swimming Pool The well-tended natural lawn is the setting for the swimming pool measuring 10x5 and 1.5 metres deep, surrounded by a broad patio equipped with sunbeds, loungers and outdoor shower. Guests are also invited to use the portico, with barbecue and table for open-air meals, as well as the parking area on the grounds. Interior The house is on two floors: on the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a large living room with fireplace, mini stereo, satellite TV and access to the garden, a second smaller living room also with a fireplace, a dining room, a well equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom suitable for disabled guests with en-suite bathroom with shower. The upper floor, accessed by a stone staircase, leads to a large hallway which gives access to 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and a twin bedded room with bathroom with shower. Location Macchia al Loto is part of a large farm of about 650 hectares, and it is situated on the hills behind the beaches of Costa degli Etruschi, between the sea and the city of Volterra. Facilities The house has wi-fi Internet connection, available only in the living room, All the bedrooms have insect screens at the windows and AC, central heating, car park on the property and a private kennel for guests’ dogs. Services Included in the price is all the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (with weekly change), the Internet connection, baby high chair and bed. If requested and to be paid for on location, you can taste local wines directly at the villas, visit the cellars/oil mill, have a chef for breakfast/lunch/dinner, cookery courses, special dinners at the villa organized by professional chefs, babysitter and entertainment, excursions and hiking, bike rentals, underwater diving, car and minibus rentals, pool towels rentals, extra bedroom and bathroom linen change.
