Casale Gigliola is a stone building on two storeys, sleeping 8 with 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The swimming pool set in a beautiful position, the covered portico and its isolated position affords an excellent degree of privacy as well as a magnificent panorama on the countryside. The house has satellite TV, Internet access, barbecue and insect screens in the bedrooms. External Area and Swimming Pool The outdoor areas are featured by a large gravel space and a natural lawn where the swimming pool is measuring 10x5 and 1.5 metres deep, with sunbeds, deckchairs, outdoor shower and a small gazebo. Guests can also use the shady portico furnished with a barbeque and a table for outdoor dinners and a car park on the property. Interior The ground floor consists of a living room with mini stereo, satellite TV and dining area with fireplace and access to a shady outdoor terrace for outdoor meals, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. The first floor hosts 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower. Location Casale Gigliola is part of a large farm of about 650 hectares, on the hills behind the beaches of Costa degli Etruschi, between the sea and the city of Volterra. Facilities The house has wi-fi Internet connection, available only in the living room of the villa, central heating and car park on the property. All the bedrooms have insect screens at the windows and AC. Services Included in the price is all the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (with weekly change), the Internet connection, baby high chair and bed.
