Sunnyhill Grove are located just a 5 minute stroll from Kenmare town centre. Recently refurbished and upgraded, these semi-detached houses are perched on a site overlooking Kenmare and its surrounding hills and mountains. Sunnyhill Grove each has their own garden (closed off from other gardens by a fence) These gardens are not fully enclosed.- the perfect setting from where to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and the breathtaking scenery for which Kenmare is world renowned. The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished and contains an electric fireplace, t.v. and very cozy suite of furniture (please note there is no DVD player). The open plan kitchen/dining area has a sunny aspect and plenty of space. The kitchen is fully fitted and stocked with all the modern conveniences such as electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. All necessary kitchen utensils and crockery are provided. Upstairs a spacious landing leads to three bedrooms. There is 1 double bedroom with ensuite facilities and 2 twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has more than adequate storage space. There is a main bathroom upstairs with toilet, handbasin, shower and bath.  We also have three 4 bedroomed houses at Sunnyhill Grove with a slightly different layout of 1 x double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 x twin bedroom and 2 x single bedrooms which may suit some families better. Secure parking is provided for each house. The houses are heated with electric central heating and there are storage heaters in each room.
