This comfortable, fully air-conditioned apartment is located in the heart of Esteponaīs old town. Built in a traditional Andalusian style, it provides comfortable accommodation for two guests, all on the ground floor. The lounge area offers comfortable seating and several international TV channels including Sky. Walking to the kitchen area, there is a bar with seating for three guests. The typical kitchen, is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need (except for a dishwasher) for your holidays and provides a dining table with chairs for four guests. From the kitchen, there is access to an indoor patio/terrace which is very fresh during summer season for an outdoor breakfast experience. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and plenty of storage space in its wardrobes and cupboards. There is also a small desk area for those who need to work with a Wifi connection available. There are two bathrooms available in this property, both equipped with shower, WC and sink. A very quiet property located in charming old town, close to bars, restaurants and the fantastic beach of Playa de la Rada, the perfect location for your holidays. The apartment is located in a charming typical Spanish street in the middle of Estepona old town. You have plenty of the old traditional Spanish coffee bars, restaurants, little supermarkets and charming squares all on your doorstep. There are plenty of narrow streets and with painted white Casetas in the general area. The beach is a short three minute walk through the town. Here you have a long beach with plenty of chiringuitos (beach bars) along the beach. There is a good beach front promenade, which has several playgrounds and shaded seating areas, which you can take all the way to the port where the boats are. The port is also a popular area which is full of bars and restaurants and is also home to the early morning Sunday craft market. The bull ring is across the road from the port where in summer open air concerts and cinema takes place. Most of the museums (all normally free) have also been moved to this location. Town centre, short walk to beach and cafes In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasnīt a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please donīt send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
