This light-flooded, simple holiday property is located in a small residential area. The pool is not very big, but very popular for a welcome refreshment. You can grill and eat outside on the terrace. You live near the beautiful sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and boutiques - an ideal location for a varied holiday. From November to April the place falls into a hibernation. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. SZ on the 1st floor has its own terrace. The small kitchen is simply equipped. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with a special deposit.
