This is a tastefull, self-catered, functional apartment ideal for a couple or a family of 3! It is conveniently one minute away from the bus stop and only a few meters from the famous black beach awarded with a "?lue flag"! The apartment is on the first floor and has one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious closet. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, cupboards , coffee maker, kettle, everything required for a comfortable stay. The famous black beach of Perissa, awarded with a "?lue Flag" is one minute on foot away. There is a mini market just below the apartment, and some restaurants nearby. Your arrival details are required. It is MANDATORY to inform us about your arrival at least 48 hours in advance. Due to the traditional layout of the village there are no street addresses. Thats why we recommend an arrival transfer that costs 30 euros per way payable on the spot. The local bus stop is 10m away. Also there is a local free parking not even 50m away. A mobile phone is provided to the guest just in case there are questions or an emergency. Your check in is at 1400 and the check out at 1200.
