This charming house is situated on the coast, in a very large plot with many holiday homes and within walking distance from the port. A few steps away from the beach, you will enjoy unobstructed, panoramic views of the port of Gavrio, the nearby villages and the Aegean Sea. The house is suitable mainly for friends or couples, since there is a main house with a double bedroom, with the possibility of a third bed in the living room, and a second double bedroom is located on the first floor with an exterior staircase. On the ground floor, there is a large fully-equipped kitchen combined with the living room and an open terrace with a bbq area. Andros is the northernmost island of the Cyclades and easily accessible in just two hours by ferry from the port of Rafina, and also via the nearby islands. It offers a unique variety of landscape, ranging from mountains with natural springs, to verdant valleys and rivers reaching out into expanses of sandy beaches. The closest town is the main harbor of Andros, Gavrio, a fishing village which has become, over the recent years, a main town offering amenities such as banks, health center, shops, restaurants and bars.
