Casa Sul Pizzo is a recently renovated self standing two bedrooms vacation accommodation located in a quiet corner, a short distance from the historical centre of Ravello and a few meters below Villa Rufolo. The interior of the house has been tastefully furnished and equipped with modern comforts: air conditioning throughout, TV, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Accommodation: (80 m²) Entrance is onto a small terrace which is tiled with polished cotto. Regrettably this is the only outdoor area but it offers comfortable seating furniture, ideal spot for spending time with a good book and a glass of fine wine. From the terrace you enter into a large living room equipped with two comfortable sofas, two seater each, placed around a wood burning fire place, TV, windows with sea views and mosquito nets. The living room leads into a bright dining area furnished with a wood dining table seating four people. From the dining area there are doors into a spacious kitchen well equipped with large fridge with freezer, cooker with 4 gas rings, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc… Main bedroom with a double bed, windows with side views and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. Second bedroom with a double bed (on request can be twin) and high window (no views). A second bathroom with bath tub, washbasin and toilet. Access: Casa Sul Pizzo is accessed from street level going up an external 200 meters walkway that includes approximately 50 steps, or from the main square of Ravello, walking down centuries years old stairways, 130 steps long. Facilities: fridge/freezer, cooker with 4 gas rings, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV, air-conditioned and central heating payable locally, hairdryer in both bathrooms, ironing facilities. Check-in procedure Check-in time is between 3,00 and 8,00 p.m., from Monday to Saturday. You will be met and taken to the booked accommodation, asked for a photo copy of your Id or passport, any extras and the Breakage deposit (in cash only in any currencies) € 300,00 – this is refunded on your departure day, less any breakages. We strongly recommend contacting our land agents the day before or early morning of your arrival day, to let them know how you intend getting to the resort and approximate arrival time, they will in this occasion be able to advise of any local fiestas, roads closed etc... Check-out time is between 07:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., from Monday to Saturday. On departure the property has to be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and free from trash. Should these conditions not be respected, there will a deduction from the deposit - amount corresponding to the extra cleaning time. Arrival and departure times can be arranged outside these times or Sunday, for this service a supplement of € 55,00 is applied.
