This apartment is conveniently situated within a short walk from the village centre, in a most serene, tranquil location having spectacular view of the sea. A shaded balcony that is open to the sun runs the length of the apartment, offering frontal views over terraced lemon groves and vineyards stretching away towards the towns of Minori and Maiori below finish at the distant blue sea. Along the corridor are a nice twin bedded-room (bed sizes 0,80 x 1,80) and a further single bed room with a convertible sofa bed, each having exits to the terrace. Both rooms share the adjacent bathroom with tub with handheld shower, WC etc... Off the other end is a spacious sitting/dining room with very solid wood dining table for 6 and sideboards, TV (Italian channels only) and 2 sofas. It is generous light thanks to a wall-to-wall glass, sliding doors which lead onto the balcony and offer gorgeous views over the sea and the coast below. Separate Kitchen furnished in a modern blue Mediterranean style with 4 gas rings burner, electric oven, 2 sinks, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a very pretty decorated glass window opening onto the dining room. Check-out time is between 07:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., from Monday to Saturday. On departure the property has to be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and free from trash. Should these conditions not be respected, there will a deduction from the deposit - amount corresponding to the extra cleaning time.
