This apartment is conveniently situated within a short walk from the village centre, in a most serene, tranquil location having spectacular view of the sea. It is perfect then to spend a holiday away from the crowds and still be close to the village centre and its cultural highlights. The interiors are extremely bright and airy; it has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished with a mixture of traditional, elegant and modern furniture and fittings, and all to an excellent criteria to offer comfortable holiday accommodation. A shaded balcony that is open to the sun runs the length of the apartment, offering frontal views over terraced lemon groves and vineyards stretching away towards the towns of Minori and Maiori below finish at the distant blue sea. Entrance: Into a corridor on the left end side is a double bedded room (bed size 1,30 x 1,80) with traditional furniture with double bed with wooden bed head, window with views over vineyards and lemon groves and en-suite, ceramic tiled bathroom with wall mounted shower, WC etc... Along the corridor are a nice twin bedded-room (bed sizes 0,80 x 1,80) and a further single bed room with a convertible sofa bed, each having exits to the terrace. Both rooms share the adjacent bathroom with tub with handheld shower, WC etc... Off the other end is a spacious sitting/dining room with very solid wood dining table for 6 and sideboards, TV (Italian channels only) and 2 sofas. It is generous light thanks to a wall-to-wall glass, sliding doors which lead onto the balcony and offer gorgeous views over the sea and the coast below. Separate Kitchen furnished in a modern blue Mediterranean style with 4 gas rings burner, electric oven, 2 sinks, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a very pretty decorated glass window opening onto the dining room. Service room with washing machine and laundry sink. Access: From the main road, 52 shallow steps down to the accommodation Facilities: Central heating payable locally according to consumption, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker with 4 rings, oven, Wi-Fi, TV. We strongly recommend contacting our land agents the day before or early morning of your arrival day, to let them know how you intend getting to the resort and approximate arrival time, they will in this occasion be able to advise of any local fiestas, roads closed etc... Check-out time is between 07:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., from Monday to Saturday. On departure the property has to be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and free from trash. Should these conditions not be respected, there will a deduction from the deposit - amount corresponding to the extra cleaning time. Arrival and departure times can be arranged outside these times or Sunday, for this service a supplement of 55,00 is applied.
