On the top level you may find a dining area with garden and sea views next to a fully equipped kitchen. A large lounge area equipped with a 30" flatscreen with an international streaming TV package and plenty of seating with access to a second outdoor dining area and a cosy terrace. A sofa-bed for a fifth guest is also available in the lounge. The second covered outdoor dining area has amazing seaviews with a renovated terrace next to it, it boasts with enough seating for guests and has two sunloungers. There are stairs leading down to the private garden and patio with more available seating, a gas powered barbeque, two extra sunloungers and access through a gate to the communal gardens. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
