Here you can truly enjoy peaceful surroundings in the outskirts of Umag. The coast and the beach are 2 kilometers from the villa only. Villa Manuella features a large swimming pool and great outdoor areas, including green lawns, orchards, a garden with aromatic herbs, and a large patio. The main house consists of a fully equipped kitchen in rustic style and a dining room. Next, there is a hobby room, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms in the main house. Four of the bedrooms feature double beds, while the fifth bedroom has two single beds. One bathroom comes with a bathtub while the others come with a shower. The side building contains a wellness zone with a relaxing room, an infrared sauna, and a hot tub. Here is also one bathroom. On the side of this building, you will also find a charcoal grill and summer kitchen overlooking the pool. By the pool, you can sunbathe and relax on sunbeds. Also, sun umbrellas are provided. Further, by the pool, you will find a shower with warm water. All rooms are air-conditioned. Free Wi-Fi is available in all indoor and outdoor areas. The whole estate has a surface of 2.600 m2, and it is properly fenced. Privacy and safety are ensured here. Entertainment and fun equipment include table soccer, trampoline, badminton, and darts. Moreover, spacious outdoor areas are great for games in open. Umag is a charming seaside town on the western coast of Istria. It boasts beautiful waterfront promenades and numerous natural beaches. Here you can take part in many water sports and land sports, such as tennis, cycling, and hiking.
