This holiday home (terraced house) is located just 9 km from Volterra, in a restored, medieval village on unique slopes. From the modern kitchen, you can access the terrace with a wide view of the surrounding hills of Volterra. The terrace is adjacent to a small private garden area. There is also an inviting swimming pool about 50 metres away and is shared by other inhabitants of the village (See also ITN191, ITN192 and ITN197). Inside the property is decorated to a very pleasing standard and furnishings are modern and comfortable. The third bedroom (with bathroom) is on the loft (roof with slopes is 1.4 metres high). The other 2 bedrooms are bright, airy and modern and have all the home comforts. The accommodation can fit up to 6 guests comfortably. The nearest tourist destinations are San Gimignano (25 km), Siena (50 km) and be sure to visit the beautiful beaches near Cecina (50 km). The access road is not paved and thus, not suitable for small cars.
