Access to the house both from the garden equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and from the equipped terrace on the first floor leading directly in one of the 2 bedrooms, furnished with table and chairs, walk-in closet, double bed and 2 single sofa beds. 3 of the 4 windows in this room offer a great view over the lake and the garden. Internally the first floor is accessible through a marble spiral staircase. All the main towns around Lake Garda are rich in shops, restaurants, coffee bars, ice cream shops, entertainment parks and are within a short drive or walk along the spectacular promenade along the lake.
