The house is located in a rural village in the Valle di Compito at the foot of the hills covered with woods near Lucca. You can enjoy stunning views of the woods and on the land of the valley. A moderately-used road runs close by. The property has a fenced in area, a parking lot for cars and an automatic gate. Behind the house there is an outdoor area with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue for al fresco dining.
