The atmosphere is cozy blending modern with antique pieces of Italian furniture. On the first level is the living/dining-room area with fireplace, double sofa-bed and access to the garden. The kitchen is also adjacent to the living space and offers access onto the covered terrace which is equipped for meals ‘al fresco’. On the second level are the two twin-bedrooms each with bathroom with shower.The views and peaceful location from the property are undoubtedly one of its best assets. The house is set on a plot of about 200m², consisting of garden and terraces.A staircase runs along the Villa and it leads from the entrance of the property located on the coastal road down to the two apartments: 100 steps to the apartment IKA426 and approx. 80 steps to the apartment IKA427. Descend a further 50/60 steps to have the Mediterranean at your feet! Each unit will have a private outdoor area equipped with BBQ, there are further outdoor areas that are shared with the other unit. These include 2 terraces/ platforms, one of which offers direct water access whilst the other lends itself perfectly to sunbathing.A parking spot ( distance 500m) or parking on the property, this is exclusively on request at time of booking (depending on availability) and will come at an extra cost , payable locally.
